At Baystate, our health professions educators have designed solutions for some of the toughest challenges in healthcare, and chances are, you’ve had and perhaps even implemented some innovations yourself. This mini-course is intended to teach participants how to design, evaluate, and disseminate their educational innovations within the broader health professions education field. This rigorous, certificate-granting mini-course features four 2-hour sessions, each designed to focus on one aspect of describing, evaluating, and disseminating educational innovations. Homework in between sessions will help continue the learning and in-class discussions and interaction will help to foster a peer network of educators focused on shared goals. Participants who attend at least 3 of the 4 sessions will receive a certificate.
