As a large, diverse, and geographically sprawling healthcare system, we need strategies to build authentic community. By the end of the training, participants will be able to describe all of the features of this framework -- including its three tiers, develop their own plans to implement a “Tier 1 Circle,” and describe next steps for implementation in their area.
