Objectives

1. Describe key features of clinical presentation and assessment of the healthcare condition(s) reviewed in case
2. Discuss critical decision-making points related to the course of care related to the case presented
3. Recognize elements of patient care to improve patient safety with discussion on medical ethics, quality, patient relations, end of life care and the importance of documentation in the electronic health record as necessary
