Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Identify the difference between Compassion Fatigue and burnout
2. Identify how compassion fatigue can impact practice
3. Identify resiliency factors to compassion fatigue and burnout
4. Identify self-care and community care strategies to help cope with secondary trauma and job related stress.
