2. Differentiate different models of mentorship
3. Choose 1-2 mentoring skills to apply in the following week
4. Differentiate between Cultural Competence and Cultural Humility 
5. Examine Social Group Identities
6. Recognize Unconscious Bias and describe their impact on Microaggressions
7. Discuss and demonstrate the use of  Privilege as a Diversity Competency
8. Practice Managing Intention and Impact
