The Department of Surgery supports the continuing education of our faculty, residents, students, staff and guests with the presentation of Surgical Trauma Morbidity and Mortality. M&Ms are held year-round every Wednesday on a weekly basis. The purpose is to present clinical problems, updates on new and innovative developments in research and technology and address other related issues that our current and future providers face. M&Ms are an essential component of medical education, teaching new information and enhancing clinical reasoning skills.
