Specialty Group or Board Specialty Boards We collect professional license numbers solely for the purpose of reporting your program attendance to the relevant accrediting bodies. Select the appropriate board from the list and enter your license number. Pharmacists Include the month/day of your birthday along with your NABP number. If you are a Baystate Health employee or community provider, please use your EN or PN number

Example: EN12345 or PN54321.
If you are creating an account for the first time, your EN/PN number is your CE ID#.
