The goal of this program is to increase knowledge of best practices in care management of the older adult population for interdisciplinary primary care team members.These lunch n Learns will promote use of appropriate screenings and subsequent treatment for older adults. There will be a focus on the 4Ms (Mobility, Mentation, Medications, and What Matters).

There is a national shortage of trained geriatrics clinicians.  Our educational activity is designed to provide core geriatrics knowledge to front line workforce and pcps.
