The Baystate Department of Anesthesiology (POCUS) Point of Care Ultrasound Workshop is a two part educational series developed to introduce basic knowledge and application of point of care ultrasound assessment and interpretation to enhance patient care  and anesthetic management during the perioperative period. Part one consists of on-line self directed learning modules and part two consists of live model scanning practical sessions to enhance the learner experience to increase knowledge, performance and competence with point of care ultrasound examination.
