Series Overview
The Division of Pediatric Surgery / Radiology supports the continuing education of our faculty, residents, students, staff, and guests with the presentation of Radiology case study. The purpose is to present clinical problems, updates on new and innovative developments in research and technology and address other related issues that our current and future providers face.

Global Objectives:
As a result of participation in this educational series, members of the healthcare team will be able to:
1. Discuss the latest advancements and best practices in pediatric radiology and identify common and rare pediatric conditions through radiographic imaging.
2. Apply knowledge of pediatric radiology to accurately interpret imaging results and demonstrate the ability to differentiate between normal and abnormal pediatric radiographic findings.
3. Implement effective radiographic techniques and protocols in pediatric cases and utilize advanced imaging technologies and tools to improve diagnostic accuracy.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient care through improved imaging selection and interpretation and integrate radiology findings into comprehensive patient management plans.
5. Evaluate the impact of accurate radiographic interpretation on patient diagnosis and treatment outcomes and use data from chart audits and quality metrics to measure improvements in patient care resulting from enhanced radiology practices.
