Series Overview
This monthly 90-minute session creates the venue to present practice outcome data, review the impact of current strategies, and implement new strategies to incorporate and operationalize the learning gained during core curriculum, case review, and journal club sessions.

Our objective is for our practice provider team to regularly participate in a structured continuous improvement process that measures how we are currently doing, discussing what we should and shouldn’t be doing, and setting about implementing what we will be doing in the immediate future. With steady repetition of this process, we aim to achieve continuous improvement where we can, and seek to maintain excellent patient outcomes.
