Katherine "Katie" Dambeck is an experienced critical care nurse at Baystate Medical Center working on the hospital's designated Rapid Response Team, which providers critical care skills, assessment and education to patients and staff outside of the hospital's critical care units in order to prevent outside of critical care cardiac arrests. Prior to working on the Rapid Response Team, Katie was a registered nurse in the hospital's Medical/Surgical Trauma/Neurological critical care units. Katie has been a registered nurse for 10 years, and a registered nurse at Baystate Medical Center for 8 years, working on Springfield 2 medical telemetry prior to working in critical care, as well as LTACs and skilled nursing facilities prior to working at Baystate.
