Oswaldo Subillaga is a general surgery resident and former surgical education fellow at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School--Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. Originally from Queens, NY, he spent a substantial part of his childhood in Guatemala City. He obtained his bachelor's degree in political science from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and his medical degree from the Alpert Medical School of Brown University. A former high school teacher, his passions lie in medical education and colorectal surgery. He's the proud girl dad of of two.
