Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

1| Describe the key requirements of Massachusetts CMR 247 and 105 and their roles in guiding pharmacy practice
2| Describe the compliance and reporting standards that pharmacists must meet, focusing on licensing, controlled substance management, and quality assurance
3| Recognize best practices for implementing CMR guidelines to minimize quality-related events (QREs) and ensure regulatory adherence in daily pharmacy operations
4| Apply strategies to build a culture of transparency and continuous quality improvement within pharmacy teams, enhancing patient safety and regulatory compliance
