Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1|Identify the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system.
2|Discuss the components of a physical assessment of the respiratory system and documentation of the results.
3|Summarize common respiratory system disorders and their associated treatment modalities. 
4|Identify common diagnostic test used to evaluate respiratory status. 
5|Differentiate between types of oxygen devices and describe proper use. 
6|Identify and respond to respiratory emergencies.
