Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

1|Differentiate between major TMA syndromes using key clinical features and laboratory findings
2|Select appropriate initial pharmacologic management for thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), complement-mediated TMA, and malignant hypertension-associated TMA
3|Apply current guidelines and key literature to a patient case involving suspected TMA
