Objectives

1| Describe and identify the common uses for OASIS data, including the importance of accurate and consistent documentation.
2| Explain and implement correct wound care orders with appropriate documentation.
3| Summarize how OASIS is completed for a full comprehensive functional assessment and complete all required documentation within the assessment and narrative consistently.
