Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

1| Describe and identify how germs live, spread, and enter a host through reservoirs and transmission routes. 
2| Explain and implement daily safety habits like proper hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette, donning and doffing gloves, masks and gowns and when to use contact, droplet, or airborne isolation precautions with our patients.
3| Summarize and demonstrate good bag technique.
