Objectives

1| Describe and identify the common uses for OASIS data, including Oasis time points.
2| Understand and implement general OASIS and ADL/IADL specific conventions.
3| Understand how OASIS scoring is completed for a full comprehensive functional assessment and complete all required documentation needed.
