Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1|Develop awareness of sleep duration, quality, timing, and regularity affect long-term brain health.
2|Identify the impact of OSA on brain health through multiple mechanisms
3| Discuss short and poor-quality sleep and OSA are associated with increased risk for dementia and stroke and affect brain connectivity.
