Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Analyze diagnostic criteria and risk factors for development of Clostridium difficile (C. diff) in pediatric patients

2. Outline guideline recommendations for treatment of C. diff in pediatric patients

3. Compare efficacy of treatment options for C. diff in immunocompromised pediatric patients

4. Formulate a treatment plan for an immunocompromised pediatric patient with diagnosed C. diff
