Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

1. Explore differential diagnosis of third trimester bleeding. 
2. Describe how to manage the different etiologies of third trimester bleeding.  
3. Identify key steps in management for term neonates following concern for perinatal asphyxia event and associated outcomes of the therapies.
