Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

1. Describe the 10 essential elements of the Dignity Model.
2. Discuss the intersectionality of the many dimensions of diversity.
3. Identify ways to honor the dignity of all people and how it can be used to reduce bias and microaggressions.
4. Discuss ways to improve awareness towards adapting an inclusive culture with a DEI lens.
