Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

1. Recommend screening tests for Trisomy 21 and AV Canal,

2. Describe antenatal detection of Trisomy 21.  

3. Identify NIPT screening tool.

4. Describe clinical features of Trisomy 21 in the newborn.

5. Define cardiologic complications of Trisomy 21.

6. Determine treatment/management of AV defects.
