Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1| Identify gaps in lung cancer diagnosis created by underscreening, ineligibility for screening and incidental pulmonary nodules.
2I Identify the burden of incidental pulmonary nodules and associated risks of missed follow-up.
3| Describe methods to improve the identification and follow-up of incidental pulmonary nodules in high risk communities.

Dr. Katrina Steiling offers grant/research support for the Merck Foundation & American Cancer Society, is a consultant for CRICO, received an honorarium from the NEJM Clinical Group (authored article related to disparities in lung nodule management), received royalties (co-author on chapter on gene expression) from UpToDate and was a co-inventor on patents related to gene expression in COPD (no royalties) at Boston University. Dr. Neel Chudgar is an Advisor for AstraZeneca and receives research funding for the LUNGevity Foundation and AATS/AstraZeneca. All of the relevant financial relationships listed for these individuals have been mitigated.
