Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1| Describe what normal sleep is and why it is important.
2|Take a comprehensive sleep history to appropriately diagnose sleep disorders including sleep apnea, insomnia, restless legs syndrome, central disorders of hypersomnia, circadian rhythm disorders and rem sleep behavior disorder.
3|Use a sleep history to inform treatment decisions and counseling for sleep disorders and healthy sleep.
