Objectives

1| Explain the difficulty in differentiating disproportionality in maltreatment rates with disproportionality in maltreatment reporting, substantiation, and child removals

2| Explain the difficulty in differentiating disproportionality in race data due to persistent bigotry from disproportionality due to co-variates of race and structural racism

3| List two steps that can be taken to decrease inequitable disproportionality
