Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

1| Identify and document any irregular vital signs/symptoms that the patient may be experiencing and follow the appropriate interventions.  
2| Describe 3 interventions for a patient experiencing dizziness, including follow-up documentation. 
3| Describe the 5 most common irregular lung sounds and any interventions that can be put in place.
