Workshop: Are we Having the Same Conversation? (1:15-2:30)

1. Apply the educational lens to the conversation about gender.

2. Discuss the different “communication rituals” among women and men and how learning them may aid in gender equity in the workplace.

3. Write poems that explore gendered language rituals to increase awareness of communication differences.
