Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Discuss changes between 2015 and most recent 2018 ASRA guidelines.
2. Discuss the most recent Baystate Anticoagulation and Neuraxial Anesthesia guidelines update.
3. Discuss the differences between ASRA guidelines and Baystate Guidelines
4. Discuss the implementation of CIS changes based on most recent guidelines to increase patient safety.
