  2. Create shared values to establish a safe learning climate for Base Camp
  3. Discuss the role of motivation in learning
  4. Discuss the role of reflection in learning
  5. Discuss best practices for feedback
  6. Discuss the role of feedback in learning
  7. Identify our current views on teaching
  8. Discuss how Growth Mindset, Diverse Perspective, and Vulnerability are part of a Learning Climate
  9. Discuss and apply strategies to encourage the Growth Mindset
  10. Discuss and apply startegies to welcome to diverse perspectives and voices
  11. Discuss and apply strategies to explore vulnerability
  12. Apply strategies to foster innovation among teams
  13. Apply strategies for deliberate self-reflection
  14. Discuss why deliberate self reflection is important for our growth in teaching
  15. Identify and define the basic elements of educational planning: Needs Assessment, Learning Objectives, Teaching Strategies, Evaluation
  16. Apply at least one strategy for each basic element of educational planning
  17. Explain how each basic element of educational planning works together with the other elements
  18. Apply the principles of learning climate and educational planning
  19. Apply the principles of motivation, feedback, and reflection
