Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Describe the roles of the members of the healthcare team in their respective responsibilities for quality care.
2. Describe the rationale and principles of the "Essential Test Policy" to maintain quality patient care during prolonged periods of laboratory operational delays.
3. Discuss the key components of the GI biopsy project including value, quality, safety and experience.
