Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Describe the roles of the members of the healthcare team in their respective responsibilities for quality care
2. Report the components of an age-friendly health system
3. Describe 3 or more new research findings in mobility, mentation and medications impacting the care of older adults
4. Identify the impact of defining "what matters most" for patients and list 2 or more Baystate initiatives improving the care of elders
