Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Describe the roles of the members of the healthcare team in their respective responsibilities for quality care
2. Discover how Sepsis is common and acutely deadly, and causes subsequent mortality and morbidity
3. Provide a conceptual model of post-sepsis problems
4. Discuss pragmatic strategies that can be done to improve sepsis outcomes
