Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. discuss the role of various modalities in the imaging work-up of pediatric appendicitis including plain film, ultrasound, CT and MR
2. Review the techniques of imaging pediatric appendicitis with ultrasound, CT and MR
3. Illustrate the imaging findings of pediatric appendicitis on ultrasound, CT and MR
