Objectives

1. Describe common themes raised in medical malpractice cases that impact physicians
2. Discuss tactics to reduce likelihood of malpractice cases from being brought, from an attorney’s perspective
3. Discuss ways a physician or healthcare provider can “survive” a malpractice case
