Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Describe the roles of the members of the health care team in their respective responsibilities for quality care. 
2. Review definition of "Culture of Safety."
3. Discuss ways to reduce the risk of error in perioperative area, especially psychological safety.
4. Discuss the importance of better teamwork and effective communication.
