Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Describe the roles of the members of the health care team in their respective responsibilities for quality care. 
2. Discuss the indications for a lumbar spinal steroidal injection.
3. Discuss the indications for an intercostal nerve block vs. paraspinal nerve block.
4. Discuss the appropriate management of patients who are demanding medications/interventions without a clear indication for those medications/interventions.
5. Discuss the requirement for SCS.
6. Discuss failed back syndrome.
7. Review criteria for Ketamine infusion.
