Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Identify key factors contributing to stress, burnout, wellbeing and resilience as they particularly affect physicians during COVID.

2. Identify practical experiential techniques that enhance wellbeing.

3. Increase knowledge of different strategies to support themselves, their colleagues and their families in the midst of an infectious disease outbreak.
