After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

1. Participants will be able to discuss the rationale behind a program mission statement
2. Participants will be able cite the rationale behind designing program objectives
3. Participants will be able to describe the components of SMART objectives
4. Participants will apply information presented in the workshop and compose their own mission statement and SMART objectives
