Objectives

4. Assess patients experiencing ACS/STEMI and STEMI protocols.
5. Describe or identify signs and symptoms of cardiogenic shock.
6. Discuss the RNs role in an inpatient cardiac arrest.
7. Discuss most common cardiac medications, drug metabolism, cardiac pharmacology and safe administration.
