Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

1. Discuss how palliative care can fit in at all stages of heart failure from diagnosis to end of life.
2. Have the knowledge and skills to engage in goals of care discussions with their heart failure patients as early as possible in the heart failure disease process.
