Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Explain the relationship between hormones and seizure.
2. Discuss the interaction of some antiepileptic medications and hormonal contraceptives.
3. Discuss the evaluation of vaginal discharge in an adolescent.
4. Discuss the utilization of nucleic acid amplification testing (NAAT) as a diagnostic tool for evaluating vaginitis.
5. Discuss the management of recurrent vaginal yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis.
