Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1. Identify components of the CNS.
2. Identify/verbalize the components of a neurologic exam.
3. Demonstrate how to enter a neurologic exam into the electronic medical record.
4. Explain the difference between a partial and generalized seizure.
5. Define status epilepticus.
6. Verbalize safe interventions for a seizing patient.
7. Verbalize how to prepare a room for a VEEG patient (i.e., identify what items need to be in the patient room).
