Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

  1. Describe the most common types of neuromuscular disorders seen in out clinic.
  2. Recognize and describe the common cardiac conditions associated with neuromuscular disorders.
  3. Recognize and describe respiratory involvement with neuromuscular disorders.
  4. Understand the assessment and treatment of neuromuscular patients with pulmonary and cardiac involvement.
  5. Describe the multidisciplinary approach in MDA clinic.
