Baystate Health's Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program is excited to present the 4Ms Framework (What Matters, Mentation, Mobility, and Medications) to our community based organization partners in the Springfield Community.  Our goal of this series is to bring awareness of this social movement and share ways these organizations can help support and engage older adults when it comes to their healthcare.
