Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

1. Have an understanding how racial disparities impact the delivery of health care.
2. How unconscious bias influences the relationships between health care givers and patients. 
3. Have an understanding that compassionate caring for all patients and colleagues includes awareness about the impact of unconscious bias on our behavior.
4. Learn to develop courage to engage in conversations and activities advocating for equity and justice oriented compassion in health care (linked to BH Values).
