The Disaster Boot Camp is a full-day course that will expose ED nurses and staff to the complexity and components of disaster management. The course will cover disaster management systems, including incident command, the process of decontamination, blast and radiation considerations and safety, active shooter safety, pediatric considerations in disaster management, and Baystate's disaster plan and guidelines.
