Objectives

After participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:
1.  Introduce the primary steps in a juvenile forensic case when there are concerns for the child's mental health.
2. Define Adjudicated Competency and explain it's importance.
3. Discuss background and significance of anxiety disorders in early childhood.
4. Discuss importance and methods of screening for assessing, and preventing/intervening in early childhood anxiety disorders.
5. Discuss pharmacological verse non-pharmacological treatment options.
