The Department of Radiology supports the continuing education of our faculty, residents students and staff with the presentation of Patient Safety Meetings. The focus of the conference is to identify, present and analyze radiologic cases in which errors have been made, for educational purposes. Patient Safety Meetings are an essential component of medical education, learning from errors to improve our practice and enhance radiologic interpretation skills.

 

Accreditation Statement
In support of improving patient care, Baystate Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. 

This educational activity was designed for radiology physicians, residents, and medical students.
